Full Time. Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings plus 2 flexible/varied days during the week. Varied start times between 7pm and 10pm. K ey Responsibilities Attend to the Front Lobby Desk Monitor controlled access doors Greet residents and their guests Monitor package and delivery vendor access Monitor property cameras Conduct building walk throughs Qualifications Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor Ability to handle situations calmly and professionally Excellent communication and customer service skills Benefits Health and dental insurance, 401k w/ match program, quarterly bonus, year end bonus, earned time off, paid holidays
