We're seeking seven passionate, highly-qualified individuals to serve as paraprofessionals in a dynamic educational environment on a contract basis. With multiple school sites to choose from, you'll have the opportunity to find the best match for your skills and interests.
What We're Looking For:
Demonstrated experience or strong interest in supporting middle school students as a paraprofessional Ability to provide compassionate, hands-on support-including toileting assistance when needed Must be highly qualified by one of the following: Passing score on the Minnesota Para Educator Exam (attach results) Completion of at least 60 college credits (transcripts required; diploma or degree not accepted) Strong communication, collaboration, and adaptability skills Willingness to commit to the full 90-day contract with potential for direct hire Detail-oriented in ensuring all required documents (resume and highly qualified documentation) are submitted
Your Responsibilities:
Work alongside dedicated educators to provide academic, social, and behavioral support tailored to student needs Foster a positive classroom environment where all students can thrive Assist with a variety of tasks, ranging from instructional activities to personal care Collaborate effectively with school staff and participate in team meetings Maintain confidentiality and uphold district policies at all times
