Qualifications:
Valid Minnesota Special Education Teaching License, or the ability to obtain one Experience supporting students with a wide range of learning differences is preferred Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and fellow educators Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and administrators Commitment to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and nurturing classroom environment
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized and small-group instruction tailored to student IEPs and learning goals Collaborate with general education teachers and related service staff to implement accommodations and modifications Monitor and document student progress while adjusting instructional strategies as needed Develop and maintain positive relationships with families, providing regular updates on student performance Participate in IEP meetings, assessments, and ongoing professional development to ensure best practices Heres your chance to influence young lives in a student-centered district and gain valuable experience in a supportive team setting.
