Full Time Daycare Aide Wellcome Manor Family Services - Garden City, MN. Which is located just 15 minutes South of Mankato, MN. Wellcome Manor is seeking a Full Time aide to assist where necessary in age groups ranging from 6 weeks to 5 years. Daycare experience is recommended.

Hours:

Full time Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm.

Regular duties include:

Monitor and observe children throughout the day. Assist children with routines including meals and personal care (diapering, toileting, hand washing, resting) as appropriate to the age and development of each child. Assist teacher in daily record keeping of children's daily activities. Maintain a safe and clean environment for children in the daycare. Observe and follow the lead teacher in daily activities. Attempt to meet the daily needs of each child. Report to moms about child's progress, via daily sheets and in person. Be able to take direction from lead and assistant teachers. Attend staff meetings and trainings necessary per MN rule 3.

Required Skills:

Applicants should want to create a caring and safe environment for children, have patience for all age groups, and be able to multitask. Applicants should be able to communicate well with others and be able to work as a team.

Required Experience:

Experience working with children of different ages is not required but is preferred.
