Desired Experience and Skills:

Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or classroom aide is strongly preferred Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, specialists, and school staff Strong communication skills to interact with students, staff, and families Experience supporting diverse learners and adapting to a range of instructional needs A true commitment to student safety, engagement, and well-being

Key Responsibilities:
