That's why we offer: Ongoing coaching and mentorship to support your growth Paid professional development days + training opportunities A structured, ready-to-use curriculum to support your classroom A positive, team-centered culture where your ideas are valued Clear advancement pathways—we promote from within Creative freedom to bring your teaching style to life What You'll Do Create a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment for infants and toddlers Support early development through play-based, age-appropriate activities Follow consistent routines that promote security and growth Provide responsive care including feeding, diapering, and soothing Maintain strong, respectful communication with families Ensure classroom cleanliness, organization, and licensing compliance Follow all MN DHS Rule 3 health and safety guidelines Qualifications Experience working with infants, toddlers, or young children preferred Understanding of early childhood development Strong communication and teamwork skills CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) Ability to pass required background check High school diploma or equivalent required (Higher education in Early Childhood preferred for Lead roles) Pay is based on experience and education.

Schedule:
