Job Description
The Growing Years of Clayton is a licensed childcare center seeking Floaters/Teacher Aides to work with all age groups! To be
QUALIFIED
for this position, we require a high school diploma OR GED and the ability to pass all background checks. A plus if you have previous childcare experience!Required Shift:
Monday- Friday, 7:00am
- 4:00pm OR 9:00am
- 6:00pm
Compensation:

Our Hiring Process:
Resume screen Phone screen with recruiter (30 minutes) On-site interview with Center Director (30-60 minutes) Q&A Classroom observationOffer Main Job Responsibilities:
Willingness to effectively substitute for any position as needed. This includes covering staff members' breaks, filling in for staff members in their absences, and assuming the classroom duties of staff members before or after their scheduled shifts. Demonstrate patience, kindness and positive interactions with all children, parents, and staff. Operate as a team player and willingness to help where needed under the director of the lead teacher. Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs. Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
