Responsibilities Support the lead teacher in implementing age-appropriate lessons and activities. Supervise children to ensure a safe, nurturing classroom environment. Assist with classroom setup, organization, and cleanliness. Reinforce routines, behavior expectations, and positive social skills. Communicate professionally with families and staff as directed by lead teacher. Support individual learning needs and help track children's progress. Follow all school, safety, and health policies and procedures. Assist with meals, transitions, and outdoor play.
