Essential Duties Summary Administrative support Assist in the day-to-day admin tasks of the
Corporate Education Department:
scheduling meetings, data entry, creating course folders, organizing training materials, maintaining records, and coordinating with other departments. Required Qualifications Good communication and organizational skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Interest in education, community engagement, or program development preferred Willingness to learn and be mentored professionally Preferred Qualifications 1. Ideally pursuing a degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field. 2.Strong Organizational Skills:
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively. 3.Excellent Communication Skills:
Proficiency in both written and verbal communication, as the role involves coordinating with various departments and assisting in creating training materials. 4.Basic Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with common office software (like Microsoft Office Suite) and an ability to learn new technologies (such as Salesforce) 5.Teamwork and Collaboration:
Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment and under the guidance of senior staff. 6. Interest inCorporate Education:
A genuine interest in learning and development, particularly in a corporate setting.
