Primary responsibilities include: Various skill building activities Training of the caregiver Daily and Community Living Skills Adaptation Skills Development of Leisure Time Interest/Activities Symptom Monitoring and Management Skills Therapeutic mentoring Enhancement of communication and problem-solving skills Behavioral and symptom management Anger management Monitoring of psychiatric symptoms and self-management of symptoms and behaviors Social and other therapeutically relevant skill development Assist with family support, including training of family/caregivers and others who have a legitimate role in addressing the needs identified in the PCP Qualification and Skills Possesses knowledge of the population that are being served Must be able to communicate orally and written Must have the ability to assist in the coordination of services, link referrals, and provide various skills building activities in conjunction with the Qualified Professional (QP) Provide support to the individuals that are being served in a respectful and non-demeaning manner Requirements and Trainings High School Diploma or high school equivalency with supervision of a QP Criminal Record/Background check Valid Driver License First Aid/CPR (Adult and Children) Transportation with approved insurance

$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
