Assistant Teacher Qualifications:

At least 18 years old. Have obtained a high school diploma or GED. Hold (and maintain) current Infant/Child CPR and First Aid Certificate. Have a clear CBCU Memo from the State of North Dakota. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Assisting lead teachers in implementing age appropriate curriculum. Preparing, setting up, and cleaning up classroom activities. Foster and support the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of all children in Active Mind's care. Create and maintain a warm, welcoming, clean, and safe environment for children and families. Maintaining open communication between families and Active Minds Academy. Must complete Growing Futures classes required for licensing.
