Title I Special Education Resource Paraprofessional (BZ) Bellevue Public Schools - 4.3 Bellevue, NE Job Details Part-time | Full-time $17.62 an hour 11 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Toileting assistance Physical assistance for special education students Patient personal care assistance Meal assistance Full Job Description Applications are being accepted for a 7-hour-per-day Special Education Resource Paraprofessional position at Betz Elementary School. Duties include working with students in small groups and individually under the direction of the teacher. Candidate must be able to lift and give physical assistance when necessary; assist in lunchroom responsibilities, toileting, transportation, and recreational activities. The state of Nebraska requires applicants to have 2 years of college completed. Required qualifications are that the applicant not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of himself/herself or others with or without reasonable accommodations, and must be capable of regularly attending to the duties of the position assigned and for the duration of the assignment. This position is subject to a veterans preference.
