Sep 10, 2026 Job Description Holling Heights Elementary is looking for a highly motivated paraprofessional to assist students in all grade levels. We are seeking an applicant who enjoys working with young children in small group and classroom settings. This applicant should be passionate about working with children, be able to work as a team, and be capable of building positive relationships with students and families. We are excited to welcome you to our Holling team! Duties include but are not limited to: Providing a positive and patient learning environment while interacting with students during instructional activities. Partnering with special education teachers. Utilizing strong communication skills to present lessons that keep students focused, engaged, and supported. Collecting student progress data.
Requirements:
Must be patient, caring, and focused on building strong, supportive relationships with students. Must work cooperatively with others while maintaining the ability to work independently. Strong verbal and written skills are necessary.

M, T, Th, F:
8:15 - 3:30
Wed:
8:15 - 2:30 Hours can be flexible for the right candidate! This position is for the 2026-2027 school year. • To meet Title Building requirements, 48 hours from an accredited college are required or the candidate must be willing to complete Project Para.
