Sep 10, 2026 Job Description Come join our Holling family! Holling Heights Elementary is seeking a highly collaborative, relational, and dedicated paraprofessional to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year. This role includes supporting students with diverse learning needs in grades 3-5. The ideal candidate is a patient, caring team player who enjoys helping others and can work collaboratively with our Holling staff. Duties include but are not limited to: Providing a positive and patient learning environment while interacting with students during instructional activities. Partnering with special education teachers. Utilizing strong communication skills to present lessons that keep students focused, engaged, and supported. Being capable of physically assisting students as needed. Collecting student progress data.
Requirements:
Must be patient, caring, and focused on building strong, supportive relationships with students. Must work cooperatively with others while maintaining the ability to work independently. Strong verbal and written skills are necessary for collaborating with the educational team and engaging with students.

M, T, Th, F:
8:15 - 3:45
Wed:
8:15 - 3:00 Hours can be flexible for the right candidate! • To meet Title Building requirements, 48 hours from an accredited college are required or the candidate must be willing to complete Project Para.
