Qualifications and Experience:

Experience as a paraprofessional in a school environment preferred Understanding of student support strategies and classroom management Ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and staff Excellent communication and collaboration skills Adaptability and patience when working with diverse student needs High school diploma or equivalent required; additional relevant coursework or certification a plus

Key Responsibilities:
