School-based experience is preferred, especially supporting children or teens in educational settings. A high school diploma is requiredno additional paraprofessional certifications or advanced degrees needed. What Youll Do:

Support individual students or groups, implementing classroom routines and assignments as directed by the teacher. Assist in the supervision of students in classrooms, hallways, cafeterias, and other school settings to promote safety and engagement. Foster a supportive relationship with students, encouraging positive behavior and participation. Collaborate with teachers and school staff to ensure student needs are met. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all school policies and procedures.
