Qualifications:

Proof of high school diploma required Previous experience in a school environment is preferred Ability to adapt and support students in both 1:1 and group settings Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills Three references, including your most recent manager, must be submitted before interviewing

Responsibilities:

Work directly with students, either one-on-one or in classroom groups Support instructional activities, behavior management, and daily routines Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning atmosphere Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure each students needs are met Assist with organization, transitions, and classroom management tasks

Additional Details:
