Responsibilities Provide one-on-one and small-group instructional support Assist teachers with classroom activities and daily routines Support students with academic, social, and behavioral needs Reinforce classroom expectations and teacher-directed strategies Assist with transitions, organization, and student engagement Support students with disabilities as needed Follow IEPs and individualized student support plans Monitor and document student progress and behavior Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and school staff Position Details Full-time, Monday-Friday Contract position with renewal opportunities Middle School and High School Caseloads Qualifications Associates Degree or Parapro Certification required Previous experience working with children or students preferred Experience supporting students with disabilities preferred Why Join Navra?
