• scaling commission growing stylist
• $10/hr + 10% commission Experienced stylists
• 50%•65% commission Duties Deliver professional hair styling, coloring, cutting, and finishing services tailored to each client's preferences.

Assist with front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, managing appointment flow, and handling payments. Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive team environment through knowledge sharing and support Valid cosmetology or barbering license as required by state law Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in hair styling, coloring, and cutting techniques with at least 1 year experience Knowledge of salon software systems Strong understanding of hair care products, color theory, and advanced styling techniques Skilled in customer communication, client consultation, and building lasting relationships Ability to perform sanitation procedures diligently to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Experience with retail sales Excellent communication skills combined with a friendly demeanor that fosters trust and loyalty among clients.
