We are looking for dependable, caring professionals who enjoy working directly with students and want to make a meaningful difference during the school day.

•29+/hr Full-time, Monday-Friday School-day schedule Elementary, middle school, or high school Rochester, NH area 2026-2027 school year ASAP start Fast interview and hiring process In-person, school-based position Responsibilities Provide 1:1 and/or small-group support to students Support students with behavioral, social, academic, and developmental needs Implement behavior support strategies and follow student plans as directed Assist with classroom activities, routines, and transitions Help students remain engaged and successful throughout the school day Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and the school team Build positive and supportive relationships with students

Requirements For RBT Candidates:

Current RBT credential preferred/required for RBT placement Experience with ABA, behavioral support, or students with disabilities Strong candidates with related behavioral experience encouraged to apply

For Paraprofessional Candidates:

High school diploma or equivalent Experience working with children, students, individuals with disabilities, behavioral support, ABA, childcare, or a related setting preferred Previous school paraprofessional experience is a plus, but not required For either position, we are looking for candidates who are reliable, patient, dependable, and comfortable working directly with students.
