We are seeking a detail‑oriented and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to perform Veterans Affairs (VA) disability evaluations in our Rochester office. This is a structured, low‑stress, non‑treatment role focused on objective assessments and clear documentation. Providers conduct in‑office evaluations only — no home visits, no prescribing, no ongoing patient management . This position is ideal for NPs who value predictable workflows, supportive operations, and meaningful work serving Veterans. Responsibilities Perform focused, in‑person VA disability evaluations Review medical history and conduct structured physical exams Document findings using standardized templates Complete reports within required timelines Collaborate with our operations team for scheduling and support Provide professional, respectful service to all Veterans Compensation Structure (DBQ‑Based) Compensation is per Veteran , based on the total number of Disability Benefit Questionnaires (DBQs) assigned for that case: Level 1: 1-2 DBQs — $70 total Level 2: 3-5 DBQs — $105 total Level 3: 6-9 DBQs — $140 total Level 4: 10-13 DBQs — $175 total Level 5: 14+ DBQs — $210 total Medical Opinions If a medical opinion is required, compensation is $25 per DBQ , with one medical opinion billed per DBQ.
