family as a Part Time Associate Closing Teacher! In this dynamic role, you will play a vital part in creating a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment for young learners at the end of the day. Your energy, dedication, and expertise will help foster positive learning experiences while ensuring smooth classroom operations during closing hours. You will be engaging with many families and help deliver any daily reports that need to be communicated to the families. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's growth and learning in a supportive, team-oriented setting. Duties Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote development, creativity, and social skills during closing hours Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment by adhering to health and safety protocols, including pediatric first aid and CPR procedures Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's daily experiences, progress, and any concerns Implement behavior management strategies to support positive interactions among children Support early childhood development through child supervision, classroom management, and individualized care as needed Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare centers, preschools, or similar early childhood settings is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development instruction and classroom management techniques Certification in first aid, CPR, and pediatric first aid is required or must be obtained upon hire Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with parents, children, and team members This role is an excellent fit for passionate educators or caregivers eager to contribute to a positive learning environment while developing their skills in early childhood education.
