Teacher Assistant

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Teacher Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, child-centered environment and is ready to step in, support, and lead when needed. EOE This is not a passive role—this is a key position that keeps our classrooms running smoothly and ensures every child receives consistent, loving care throughout the day.

What You'll Do:

Provide classroom coverage to allow lead teachers to take breaks Step into classrooms and actively engage with children throughout the day Take over classroom responsibilities when lead teachers leave for the day Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for all children Support daily routines including transitions, activities, and supervision Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members Uphold all licensing regulations and Future Generation standards

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with young children (preferred) Ability to be flexible, proactive, and dependable Strong classroom presence—engaging, warm, and attentive Team player mindset with a willingness to jump in where needed Excellent communication and professionalism Why Future Generation?
