The ideal candidates will have a passion for education and experience working with children in various capacities, including classroom management, tutoring, and childcare. Our program emphasizes personal growth, development, and the importance of fostering a supportive community. Duties Assist in the planning and implementation of educational activities and programs for students. Manage classroom dynamics to ensure a safe and productive learning environment. Provide support to students with special needs, utilizing behavior management techniques as necessary. Engage in first aid procedures when required, ensuring the health and safety of all participants. Foster positive relationships with students through mentoring and guidance. Facilitate group activities such as sports, theater, or arts to promote teamwork and creativity. Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and behavior. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills related to early childhood education and childhood development. Requirements Experience working with children in educational or recreational settings is essential. Strong classroom management skills to create a structured learning environment. Knowledge of first aid practices; certification is a plus. Background in special education or experience working with diverse learning needs is preferred. Familiarity with teaching methodologies, tutoring strategies, or childcare practices. Ability to engage students through various activities such as sports coaching, theater, or camp experiences. A passion for childhood development and nurturing young minds through effective teaching practices. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
