We are currently looking for a compassionate, reliable, and energetic Teacher's Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children of all ages, values teamwork, and is eager to support a classroom that promotes learning through play, creativity, and positive relationships.Responsibilities:
Support lead teachers in caring for and supervising children aged 0-13 Assist in preparing and leading age-appropriate activities aligned with our HighScope-inspired curriculum Promote positive social interactions and model respectful behavior Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment Support with daily routines such as diapering, toileting, meals, and naptime Build strong communication with parents and staff to support each child's needs Uphold TheyCare Academy's policies and maintain a nurturing, inclusive atmosphereQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Experience working with children in a daycare, school, or similar setting preferred Basic understanding of child development and positive guidance techniques CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to complete training upon hire) Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable, patient, and genuinely passionate about working with childrenWhat We Offer:
