As our relationships with school districts continue to grow, we are expanding our consultant network to provide districts with access to experienced professionals who can support a wide range of educational initiatives. Consulting opportunities are available throughout New Jersey. Who We're Looking For We are especially interested in connecting with professionals with experience in: Former Superintendents, Principals, Directors, and Supervisors Special Education and Preschool Administration Curriculum and Instruction Leadership and Instructional Coaching English/ELA, Math, and Science Instruction Teacher Training and Professional Development Multilingual Learners and Dual Language Programs School Turnaround and School Improvement NJ Student Learning Standards IDEA and Special Education Compliance Grant Management and Preschool Education Aid Shared Services and District Operations Change Management and Strategic Planning Educational Program Evaluation Potential Consulting Projects Depending on your expertise and the needs of the school district, consulting projects may include: Training and professional development for teachers Leadership coaching for administrators and instructional staff Classroom observations, walkthroughs, and instructional coaching Curriculum implementation and instructional improvement English/ELA, math, and science instructional training Special education program and operational reviews IDEA and state regulatory compliance Preschool program consultation Grant and resource management District efficiency and organizational reviews Shared-services assessments School turnaround and change-management initiatives Strategic recommendations and written reports Presentations to district leadership and Boards of Education Flexible Consulting Opportunities Consulting opportunities may be project-based, part-time, remote, on-site, or hybrid , depending on the needs of the school district and the scope of the project. Some projects may require consultants to travel between school sites within a district , while others may be completed remotely.
