Job Description

Part-Time Infant Teacher My 2nd Home Child Nurturing Center is seeking a reliable and responsible Part-Time Infant Teacher to join our team. We are a dual language childcare center dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn and grow.
Schedule Part-time Hours:
7:30 AM-12:30 PM For the remainder of this month, the position is expected to be Mondays and Fridays only. Beginning next month, the anticipated schedule is Monday through Friday. Applicants should be flexible, as the schedule may vary based on the needs of the center. Must be willing to work additional hours when needed. Responsibilities Provide attentive care and supervision for infants. Feed infants according to their individual schedules. Change diapers and maintain proper hygiene practices. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support early learning and development. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment. Follow all childcare licensing regulations and center policies. Communicate professionally with parents and coworkers. Work collaboratively with other staff members. Qualifications Experience working with infants is preferred. Must be dependable, punctual, and responsible. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and organizational skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred, or willing to learn basic Spanish as part of our dual language program. Must meet New Jersey childcare requirements or be willing to obtain the required training. Pay Starting at New Jersey minimum wage. Applicants with relevant education and/or childcare experience may be eligible to start at $16.00 per hour , depending on qualifications.
