Job Description
```Overview``` We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessional to join our team. As a Paraprofessional, you will work closely with students, providing support and assistance in their educational and developmental needs. If you have a passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential, we encourage you to apply. ```Responsibilities```
- Assist students with their daily activities and tasks
- Provide one-on-one or small group instruction as directed by the teacher
- Support students in their academic, social, and emotional growth
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement lesson plans
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers
- Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Foster a love for learning through engaging activities and interactions ```Requirements```
- Experience working with students or children in an educational setting
- Knowledge of special education practices and strategies is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to adapt to the individual needs of students
- Familiarity with literacy education and math concepts
- Understanding of child development principles
