Responsibilities include:

Participate in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum Ensure compliance with licensing and NAEYC guidelines Effective communication with families, staff and board Effective written communication skills Ability to meet physical requirements of position which include lifting children, pushing strollers/buggies, sitting on the floor and year-round daily outdoor activities

Qualifications:

CDA or Associates Degree in Early Childhood, Elementary, Special Education, preferred or in progress Previous experience teaching children in an Early Childhood program preferred Previous experience with NAEYC standards and the accreditation process a plus Competitive salaries and benefits including: ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) qualified Retirement Benefit Plan.
