Responsibilities Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities tailored to meet the needs of individual students. Support students with disabilities, including those requiring assistance with IEP goals. Facilitate classroom management by promoting positive behavior and engagement among students. Collaborate with teachers to develop curriculum materials that align with educational standards. Provide one-on-one support to students, particularly those with special needs or behavioral challenges. Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to learning. Engage in effective communication with students, parents, and staff to foster a supportive educational community. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills related to special education and classroom management.
