Succeed:

Previous experience as a paraprofessional or educational assistant is highly valued Enthusiasm for working with elementary-aged children (K-6) Positive attitude, patience, and adaptability in a classroom setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow directions and contribute to a collaborative environment A desire to help students with diverse learning needs Credentials/certification as a Paraprofessional (preferred, but not required)
