Job Description
Position Summary The Bus Aide provides a safe, supportive, and positive environment for students with disabilities while they are being transported to and from school and school-related activities. The Bus Aide assists the bus driver with student supervision, loading and unloading, behavior management, securement of mobility devices, and implementation of student transportation plans. The Bus Aide works collaboratively with transportation staff, special education personnel, school administrators, and parents to ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
