$18.00-$21.00 per hour (based on experience) Soliant is seeking dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessionals to join a supportive school district in Santa Fe, New Mexico for the upcoming school year. If you're passionate about helping students succeed and enjoy working in an educational setting, we'd love to connect with you. Responsibilities Support teachers with classroom instruction and daily activities. Provide one-on-one and small-group assistance to students. Reinforce academic, behavioral, and social-emotional goals. Assist with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment. Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success. Document student progress and communicate effectively with the educational team. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience working with children or in a school setting is preferred. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must meet all state and district hiring requirements, including background screening.
