Teacher's Assistant - Christian Preschool Make a difference in the lives of children while sharing the love of Jesus every day. We are seeking a dependable, positive, and team-oriented Teacher's Assistant who has a heart for young children and a passion for helping them grow academically, socially, and spiritually.

What You'll Do:

Support the Lead Teacher with daily classroom routines and activities Help teach foundational academics, social/emotional skills, and Bible-based lessons Lead and participate in praise and worship with children Pray with and for children and families Foster a safe, structured, and engaging classroom environment Model Christ-like behavior and encourage positive character development Follow all state licensing and health district regulations and procedures Assist with supervision, transitions, and classroom organization

What We're Looking For:

A genuine love for Jesus and a desire to teach children about Him Dependable, consistent, and hard-working Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Willingness to learn, grow, and receive feedback Flexible, supportive, and willing to jump in where needed Professional and presentable Experience with young children preferred, but not required
