Position Summary We are seeking a caring, energetic, and dependable Teacher's Assistant to support our lead teachers in providing high-quality care and educational activities for children. The ideal candidate enjoys working with young children, is patient and flexible, and thrives in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Assist the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment Supervise children during indoor and outdoor play Assist with meals, snacks, and nap time routines Communicate positively and professionally with parents and staff Follow all licensing regulations and center policies Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required) Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to pass background check and meet state licensing requirements
Pay:
$16.50 - $17.00 per hour
