A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
Diehl Development, Inc. is looking to add a part time commercial cleaner to our team.
Areas of focus:
Small Site Construction office building and possibly mechanics shop if interested. Will consiste of one day per week, preferably 5:00 pm.Office area will consist of:
Complete Cleaning & stocking of Bathroom Small Kitchenette area Sweeping/Mopping office floors Dusting including desks/computers/monitors Washing Windows when applicable Wiping down walls/corners/ceilings Take out trash Communicate inventory needed Shop area will consist of: Complete Cleaning & stocking of Bathroom Sweeping/Mopping shop floors Dusting Washing Windows when applicable Wiping down work areas/walls/corners/ceilings Take out trash Communicate inventory needed Must be detail oriented and able to lift at least 25 pounds when necessary.Job Type:
