Youll play a key role fostering student successwhether assisting students with medical needs (including those who use wheelchairs), working as a 1:1 aide in ASD programs or multi-disabled classrooms, or bringing expertise as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Qualifications & Experience:

Experience in a school or preschool setting or with behavioral support (for aides) New York State Teachers Assistant Certification required (for assistant positions) Comfort working closely with students who have medical needs or are wheelchair-bound Previous CNA or Teaching Assistant experience highly valued Adaptable, patient, and committed to inclusive education

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide individual support and care for students in a classroom or one-on-one setting Assist students with daily activities, mobility, and prescribed medical routines as needed Foster a positive, respectful, and engaging atmosphere in specialized program settings Collaborate closely with teachers and school staff to implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Ensure the physical and emotional safety of all students
