The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and supporting their educational development. Responsibilities
  • Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities
  • Provide support to students in various educational tasks
  • Help maintain a safe and organized learning environment
  • Assist with classroom management and behavior guidance
  • Support students in their learning journey and provide individualized attention as needed ## Experience
  • Previous experience working with children, particularly in a classroom setting, is preferred
  • Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices
  • Familiarity with Montessori or other progressive educational approaches is a plus
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with students, teachers, and parents
  • Experience in literacy education and promoting reading skills among students
