Provide support for students with special needs, ensuring an inclusive environment for all learners. Collaborate with staff, and administration to enhance student learning experiences. Incorporate activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development through sports, theater, or other extracurricular programs. Maintain a safe and organized classroom space conducive to learning. Skills Strong classroom management abilities to maintain order and foster a positive learning environment. Knowledge of first aid procedures to ensure student safety. Experience in special education or working with children with diverse needs is highly valued. Proven teaching skills with the ability to engage students effectively. Background in childcare or experience working with children in various settings such as camps or daycare facilities. Tutoring experience that demonstrates the ability to provide individualized support for students. Skills in behavior management techniques that promote positive student interactions. Understanding of childhood development principles to tailor educational approaches accordingly.
