Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and helping children develop social skills. Provide individualized attention to children, including working with those with special needs or disabilities such as autism. Help maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that adheres to safety standards and promotes learning. Engage children in activities that foster curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking during daycare or preschool hours. Communicate effectively with parents about children's progress and daily experiences. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings is preferred. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and families. Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is preferred. Passion for working with young children and a commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment.
