Qualifications and Experience:

Previous experience working as a Paraprofessional or in a school setting is strongly preferred High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or relevant training are a plus Capable of following teacher instructions and supporting educational goals Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with students and staff Adaptability to quickly adjust to changing environments and assignments Passion for contributing to a positive, inclusive, and productive learning environment

Responsibilities:
