Qualifications:

Experience working with children in schools, daycare, or similar environments is preferred Confidence in managing behaviors and providing care for elementary school children Teacher Assistant candidates must hold valid New York State certification Teacher Aide applicants do not require certification Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, assisting with mobility, and diapering for younger students Patience, compassion, and excellent communication skills are essential Must provide completed manager references prior to the interview process

Primary Responsibilities:
