RESPONSIBILITIES

Guidance & Relationship Building. Develop and maintain a positive relationship with all of the children and their families; effectively guide the children's behavior in an age appropriate manner; meet the physical, social, cognitive, emotional and cultural needs of individual children Development. Assists the teacher in providing a developmentally appropriate program for all of the children while fostering an environment that supports their growth Safety & Oversight. Ensure the safety of the children and promote healthy habits; work with colleagues and community representatives to support children and families

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent OR One (1) year of experience working with children less than 13 years

Required Licensure/Certification Skills:
