As the Mentoring Program Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through: Assist with recruiting, screening and training community volunteers who wish to become Mentors Work with referral sources to identify appropriate youth for the program Encourage participation of the families of each youngster in the program by providing casework services, advocacy, support and recreational opportunities Maintain proper record keeping including statistical information, funding reports and client related fields Assist with providing on-going support and education to the volunteers in the program Requires travel to community events

Mentoring Program Assistant Schedule:

Monday - Friday, variable schedule (21 hours per week) Some evenings and weekends required (Sundays more frequently)

Qualifications:
