Job Description

The Goddard School , an early childhood education center, is currently seeking experienced, qualified, caring, and energetic Assistant Teachers. The Goddard School is much more than a day care. We provide care and education for infants, toddlers, preschool, pre-kindergarten, and school age children. Our Assistant Teachers are very important to our school and support all the roles a Lead Teacher engages in during the day! We look to our Assistant teachers to build up and train so they can become Leads when they are ready! As an Assistant Teacher, you will: Lead hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children. Communicate daily with parents. Document and share the important milestones in their child's day. Work closely with the Lead to implement lessons, and support classroom routines Keep the classroom safe and clean by following important procedures and guidelines.
Requirements:
