Job Description

SCI The Bryan Center is seeking patient but enthusiastic Teacher's Aides and a Language ArtsTeacher to work in this non-public charter school in Bryan, Ohio. Team Members must be fluent in the English language and exhibit a strong work ethic. Cell phone usage is restricted. An education degree is required for the teaching position. Health insurance is not offered but there is a health incentive for full time staff after a probationary period. Hiring full and part-time applicants. There is some flexibility in hours. Need applicants with a passion for teaching all types of students. SCI The Bryan Center serves students ages 3 to 22 with a variety of skill levels, from learning to speak to higher level college bound. Wages are reflective of skill and experience. Psychology, K-8 background, or experience with behavior a plus. Those with ABA experience, experience with autism or who have worked with children with a disability are encouraged to apply. However, experience is not mandatory as training is provided. Not all students have an autism diagnosis The Center is in operation all year, but team members may opt out of summer services should they choose. This is an exciting opportunity for those who can work in cooperation with other team members, can "think outside of the box" and wish to make a positive impact on children's lives.
