Qualifications and Experience:

Must hold a valid ODE Paraprofessional credential or certification Prior experience as a Paraprofessional or in a similar educational support role is preferred Ability to relate well to high school-aged students, providing both instructional and behavioral support Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with teachers and staff Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to classroom needs

Role Responsibilities:
