This role provides supervisory support to maintain a safe, structured, and welcoming school environment. The position involves preparing instructional materials, operating classroom equipment, and upholding strict safety standards while supervising students during arrival, dismissal, recess, and lunch. The Building Aide keeps daily operations running smoothly through organized clerical work, housekeeping tasks, and consistent routines, all while serving as a positive representative of the school through professional communication with staff, students, and parents. This position works 7.5 hours per day. Starting pay is 17.13 per hour. The Board pays 90% of the Health premium, 95% of the Dental premium, and 60% of the Vision premium.
