Job Description
This role is dedicated to fostering a safe, structured, and collaborative learning environment by balancing active student supervision with essential instructional and administrative support. Key responsibilities include assisting individual students and small groups with learning tasks, preparing materials, and maintaining consistent classroom routines, alongside supervising students during critical transition periods like lunch, recess, arrival, and dismissal. A highly organized professional and positive communicator, the ideal candidate serves as a key liaison between staff, parents, and students, while seamlessly managing clerical duties, operating instructional equipment, and participating in required district training to ensure overall operational excellence.
