Early Learning Assistant Teacher Career Employment Service | Bartlesville Area Position Summary Career Employment Service is seeking an Early Learning Assistant Teacher for an opportunity in the Bartlesville area. This position works with children ages 6 weeks to 4 years , helping provide high-quality educational experiences in a safe, calm, nurturing, and playful environment. The Assistant Teacher will work both independently and collaboratively while supporting the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children. This role also involves building positive relationships with children, parents, Early Care and Education students, and fellow team members. Key Responsibilities Help plan and provide age-appropriate educational experiences Maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment Support children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development Build positive relationships with children and their families Work collaboratively with other teachers and team members Communicate professionally and effectively with parents and staff Model strong leadership and professionalism for Early Care and Education students Qualifications & Requirements Current CDA (Child Development Associate) credential required , or a higher-level accepted credential such as a Certificate of Mastery or Associate's Degree Credential must be current and reflected on the candidate's Oklahoma Registry training list Current CPR/First Aid certification required and must also appear on the Oklahoma Registry training list Must meet applicable fingerprinting and background check requirements Must be registered with the Oklahoma Registry - Center for Early Childhood Professional Development Must maintain a minimum of 20 training hours annually based on Registry renewal requirements Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team A caring, professional approach to working with young children About Career Employment Service Career Employment Service connects skilled professionals with trusted employers, helping candidates find opportunities that align with their experience and career goals.
